Not sleepy?

Actually I'm about poked, had to go out for tea before, had a few sherbets.......

we had a couple at home. Wife and kids have the day off tomorrow for ANZAC day.

Me, I've been a night owl for a long time. Shift working for 24 years probably hasn't helped.
Lifestyle is very different when you don't work Monday to Friday with only 2 days off.

I don't think I could go back to working Mon - Fri. Having to get up early every morning

Did you used to live in Qld? I used to call dinner tea. That is what everyone called it. Left home at 16 and moved interstate and
everyone thought it odd. Also used to call swimmers togs. Got weird looks when I called them togs, what are togs?. Swimmers sounds a bit gay.

hey come to think of it we have a lot of Kiwis in this town, few of our friends Kiwis. I do recall them calling it
tea. Will have to check if they say swimmers or togs.

One day I called the kids in for tea. Must have been a flash back. They called back we don't drink tea
smart asses. have also said togs once or twice with blank stares.

I'm going to go back to my roots (no not those ones, they don't like me anymore) and start
using all the terms I new as a kid, before I had to conform to living in other states
