Its amazing how little you need lawyers and police when you havent yet invented crimes and policy breaches to get men in trouble.

Agree with you 100% mate!
I've got no problem with there existing a small police force - but it should exist ONLY to enforce common law protection of citizens and property and to backup the sheriff (if need be) in the case of the execution of judgements.
In our police state the police are simply a bunch of jackbooted thugs reaping in money for the state corporation. for that i despise them

Jackbooted thugs, I never. This is getting a little close too home I must say. Someone has to handle the drug problem.

Anyway, I thought they only did that on suspicion of biscuit theft?

Re: lawful versus legal
drugs arent a crime. antidrug legislation is merely policy.
So noone need deal with the supposed drug problem if you let people free to live by the law.
Get rid of policy and we can get rid of police

Re: lawful versus legal
I was just rereading Ka's post about police standing over you
years ago when I decided I didnt want to stop for the police and kept driving sedately down the road. And then 3000 police turned up. When I went to court I was charged with assualting police, amongst other things that i didnt understamd.
Now I hadnt actually assaulted them. I did refuse to be handcuffed. And it took them a while to achieve that. But I stood stock still and simply refused to follow orders. Assaulted noone.
When i was in court i said that, but got found guilty of assault anyhow.
So i said to myself , Ok next time I'll assault them .
As luck would have it 2 cops were in the pub a few months later , giving orders , as they like to do, and i failed to comply.
Committed no crime of course.
Not that that matters to them.
So the cop pepper sprayed me and then charged in for a rugby tackle type of affair to take me down.
So i got him in a headlock and slammed his head into the wall.
With the other one jumping on my back.
But I gave it to him til the pepper spray made it hard to function.
Whats interesting about this is that they were very decent to me afterwards, and I didnt get charged with assault.I said to the guy thats why he copped it.And they seemed to back off, treat me with a little respect.
In fact I dont even recall going to court.
Or maybe I was supposed to and didnt bother.
Anyhow dont be afraid to hit the guy if he violates your rights and the law.
You should stand up for yourself.
They cant shoot you unless you have a weapon.
The worst you'll get is a few bruises, and its worth it.

There was onl;y 2 cops at that stage.
One was twice my age and the other a midget.
My new advice to aspiring freemen is if a cop pulls you over, step out of the car, punch him. and then get back in the car and drive sedately away.

So what happened to the other 2998? Did you get them to line up so you could count them? Did you count them in pairs? Were they cooperative? Did any of them have nice tits or bad breath?
Edit to add: Why not just run the fuckers over so you don't have to get out of the car?[i]
Re: lawful versus legal
We in the force as we used to say had numerous ways of bringing wankers like you to heel. Pepper spray, tazers, Glock pistols, my personal favourite though was the good old fashion narrow baton. You can cause a lota grief with one of those babies when you know how to use it properly. I use to go in low left hand palm out sweeping slash with the baton in right hand, across the front of one shin ( important only one shin) Perp then drops backwards pulling injured leg into abdomin exposing genital area , move on in with right foot into balls. Fuck it hurts the shin that is. Now days they just shoot the bastards.

Brave man
Ive noticed Wa cops arent so brave in court though.
You will all pay dearly for your 30 pieces of silver
I had 3 Wa cops committing perjury in court years ago.
Obviously they do that all the time, but in my case the judge said they were lying and i was telling the truth.
(I know people too)
Since noone looks at this forum, their names were Voak and Rackich. I forget the other ones name. He was a young guy.
Anyhow like you, they thought I was a smartarse because I wasnt cowered by their mighty authority. And decided to fit me up with a verbal.
And they failed. It backfired.
Tin soldiers all.
Brave guys when you're armed and have the numbers. but only then.

I was a little drunk last night when posting that info.
I dont advocate punching them unless they touch you first.
That would be a real common law crime of course

Look at your actions here in banning me..
You dont know up from down right from wrong.`
This isnt the police force here champ- you have to follow the rules.
The rules are noone gets banned unless they break rule number 1 or 2
And only then after the board decides.
You weren't given authority to make these decisions DICKHEAD.
I've always said , the quickest way to reveal a man's character is to give him a little power.
Well not always, but for a while now.
I move that tethlon is not silverfoilhat admin material and must resign the position he usurped.
All in favour ?
Aye!
