lawful versus legal

Something that had been staring me in the face, but didn't click has just clicked.

If the government gives you a fine for speeding
Or a tax bill
Or a rates notice (local government is unlawful and has no authority to tax us.We even had a referendum to give them authority and said no thanks fuck off)

Or any damn thing regards to a demand for money. Can't be paid.

There is no lawful money.
the constitution states that

A State shall not coin money, nor make anything but gold and silver coin a legal tender in payment of debts.
So simply send them that law

and if they suggest fiat notes are legal tender

send them this from the constitution
When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid

As usual I was overcomplicating the issue. Its very simple.

Most of legislation passed to administer the country is unlawful and has no authority because-

If anyAustralian parliament makes legislation it must be within parameters set out by the constitution and the foundational laws of the UK which are ratified by the constitution.
But obviously they have made legislation thats inconsistent and is therefore invalid.

Larry hannigan has been trying to alert Australians to the tricks to get around the law since the 1970s

I get alot of information from his work, very handy. And he knows the law.
I also sent him my declaration of war draft, which he didn't seem impressed with. But hoping to convince him so he can woo his many friends into joining me.

upon reflection that particular section of the constitution relates to state governments versus the federal government.(i think)
I'll need to look again to find the part where the legislation must be concistent with the constitution.
